Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our main street business in Gunendah NSW using Australia Post.

We are a small team so please allow 2-4 days for processing and dispatch. .

During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

If a parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know! We really don't like missing parcels and we will do everything we can to find it!

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

- incorrect/incomplete address

- Return to sender

- failure to pick up from your local post office

We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping and 10% restocking fee) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent. 

Please note* Any orders that included free postage will have our standard $8 shipping rate deducted from the credit. 

Christmas/Holiday orders

Please have all orders placed by midnight 18th December. Any orders placed after this time can not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas, unless express post is purchased. Our shop remains open during the holiday season. Orders are dispatched daily!  (excluding weekends and public holidays)

doTERRA Essential Oils

Please note we do not hold any doTERRA stock for online doTERRA Sales.  All doTERRA essential oil orders are shipped directly from your nearest doTERRA warehouse.
We process all doTERRA orders within 24hrs of your order being placed and orders are shipped via Australia Post.
If you require your order by a certain date, we highly recommend contacting us before purchasing so we can work together with you to achieve your desired outcome.


  • If you have purchased retail value oils from us, we will have sent you a tracking link usually 2-4 days after your order.  Please also check your Spam folder if can't find this email.  Use the tracking link to track your order via the Australia Post website and follow up with Australia Post regarding the delivery status of your order.
  • If you have purchased a doTERRA membership kit with us, you will receive an email from doTERRA which includes your member ID.  As the membership is set up in your name, we do not have access to your tracking information.  You will need to call doTERRA Member Services on (02) 8015 5080 during business hours, and provide them with your member ID, and date of birth and they can track your kit.

 Please note - Once your order has been placed with the doTERRA warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packaged and sent. 


Do you offer Express Shipping? 

We have done in the past, but unfortunately due to the extra time taken for doTERRA to pack and ship your order (which can be up to 3 days and not within our control), we have found this unsatisfactory for many of our clients who had ordered with express shipping.  



Please note- we are unable to process retail sales of doTERRA products for our international customers.  Enrollment kit orders are shipped directly from your nearest doTERRA warehouse in your country and usually take 3-5 business days.
